Mandelic Acid

Mandelic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently breaks down the protein bonds between corneocytes, thereby promoting exfoliation.

It stimulates collagen and proteoglycan synthesis and supports the skin’s rejuvenation process.

Due to its larger molecular size, it penetrates more slowly and works mildly and progressively without causing redness or burning.

Ideal for superficial-medium peeling and targeted anti-aging, pigmentation, and acne treatments. Also has depigmenting and antibacterial properties.
