Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid with moisturizing and anti-aging effects. It gently exfoliates by releasing the bonds between corneocytes, reduces the thickness of the stratum corneum and increases skin elasticity.

It stimulates fibroblasts to produce proteoglycans and collagen, improving the skin’s structure and firmness.

With its ability to attract moisture, it increases ceramide synthesis and strengthens the skin’s barrier function. Suitable for delicate skin and areas such as the neck and décolletage.
