Day cream with exceptionally high sun protection and anti‑age effect

MESO LIFT AND PROTECT is a day cream offering sun protection and anti‑age benefits. It is ideal for sensitive skin, photodermatosis (sun allergy), drug‑induced photosensitivity, pigment spots, premature skin aging, and immunological changes.

Helps prevent dermatological conditions caused by extreme exposure to UVB and UVA radiation (SPF 50+), including sun allergy, spots, elastosis, premature aging, and the consequences of cumulative radiation on the skin.

Tolerance and efficacy have been tested under dermatological supervision.

The product is multifunctional. Beyond effective UVB/UVA protection, the meso‑cocktail is enriched with actives that together provide:

  • UV protection
  • Moisturizing
  • Soothing
  • Aloe vera

Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) has been scientifically tested for burns caused by radiation, thermal impact, and sun exposure. It also shows a preventive effect when applied before, during, and after exposure.

Many benefits are attributable to the polysaccharides in the leaf gel, while other natural components also contribute: amino acids, anthraquinones, enzymes, organic and inorganic compounds, lipids, carbohydrates, lignin, salicylic acid, saponins, sterols, and vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, β‑carotene, choline, folic acid, and α‑tocopherol).

SYN‑AKE (tripeptide)

SYN‑AKE is based on a patented mechanism and mimics the sequence of essential amino acids related to the waglerin‑1 function. Safety and activity have been thoroughly tested.

Its action focuses on immediate and long‑lasting relaxation of expression lines by blocking neurotransmission at the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. The peptide acts as an antagonist at the membrane of muscular nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (mnAChR). When these receptors are blocked, the ion channel remains closed; no Na+ influx occurs, muscle cells remain relaxed, and the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles is inhibited.

The efficacy of the SYN‑AKE tripeptide (0.5 mM) has been demonstrated in vitro by measuring the contraction frequency of relevant muscle cells as a function of incubation time.

HA, low molecular weight (5–10 kDa)

Hyaluronic acid (a mucopolysaccharide) is a primary component of connective tissue. The very low molecular weight (5–10 kDa) in MESO LIFT AND PROTECT improves intracutaneous penetration and delivers the raw material for forming medium‑molecular‑weight hyaluronic acid.

This form is particularly suited to retaining water both in connective tissue and in deeper skin layers (deep hydration). In the upper layers, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) is reduced.

Colloidal oatmeal

Colloidal oatmeal has been used for millennia for skin conditions and is known for moisturizing, cleansing, antioxidant, and anti‑inflammatory properties.

Oatmeal extract inhibits NF‑κB in keratinocytes and reduces pro‑inflammatory mediators (including histamine). It also affects arachidonic acid, cytosolic phospholipase A2, and TNF‑α.

The ingredient is documented as safe and effective and contains polysaccharides, proteins, lipids, saponins, enzymes, flavonoids, vitamins, and avenanthramides (polyphenols).

A clinical study (n=47) of a body cream with oatmeal showed significantly higher skin hydration at all time points — including two weeks after discontinuation — versus baseline. The area of dead epithelial cells and the desquamation index on the forearm were significantly reduced at all measurements.

Treatment results

  • Significantly reduces muscle‑cell contraction (SYN‑AKE, in vitro).
  • Fast‑acting and long‑lasting effect.
  • Fully reversible effect on expression (mimic) muscles.
  • Up to 52% wrinkle reduction after 28 days.
  • Measurable soothing in 80% and wrinkle reduction in 73% (28 days, 2× daily, n=15 per group).

Overall effect of the treatment

A clinically oriented day cream combining high UVA/UVB protection thanks to a targeted formula (SYN‑AKE, low‑molecular‑weight hyaluronic acid, colloidal oatmeal, and aloe vera).

The result is effective anti‑age benefits, improved skin comfort, reduced TEWL, and documented improvements in texture and wrinkle depth.

Clinical summary

  • The product is designed for professional daily use: high sun protection (SPF 50+) combined with SYN‑AKE (peptide for expression‑muscle relaxation), low‑molecular‑weight hyaluronic acid (deep hydration), colloidal oatmeal (anti‑inflammatory/antioxidant), and aloe vera (soothing).
  • The composition aims to protect against photo‑induced aging, reduce wrinkles, and strengthen skin comfort and barrier.

Overall:

  • The product contains a range of UV filters (Octocrylene, Avobenzone, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Homosalate, Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid) that provide sun protection.
  • Several ingredients such as glycerin, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, and peptides contribute to hydration, skin repair, and potential anti‑age effects.
  • Antioxidants such as Tocopheryl Acetate support protection against free radicals.
